INGREDIENTS

  •  2 Nespresso Professional Ristretto capsules. Each capsule is to be extracted as a 25mL Ristretto.

  •  1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

METHOD

Balancing the strength of Ristretto with the creamy sweetness of icecream, this simple yet elegant recipe is the Nespresso take on a classic Italian coffee dessert.

  1.  Place ice cream into a glass.

  2. Pour double shot ristretto over the top of the icecream.

  3. Serve immediately.

  4. Optional: add 50mL of coffee liquor.

With the addition of coffee liquor, this product contains ALCOHOL. Please enjoy responsibly.
